When recently asked for a must-have book to help amateurs of all skill levels on the golf course, Chicago-based GOLF Top 100 Instructor Todd Sones recommended “Break Free From Suckville,” a new take on the Dr. Bhrett McCabe, widely recognized as one of the best sports psychologists in the industry and works with several athletes and many top professional golfers.
“It’s really interesting,” Sones said. “Other books by sports psychologists are about what you should do, [McCabe] treats, basically, well, why are you doing what you’re doing? It’s interesting. It’s a different level; it’s a different depth. For now, I’m enjoying it. »
